Business Operations Support

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data using SQL, Excel, and QuickSight to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Perform exploratory analysis by fetching data from systems and analyzing trends through complex SQL queries
• Execute small to medium-sized business and marketing initiatives in partnership with external merchants and brands
• Collaborate extensively with Category, Data, Operations, Customer Service, Tech, and Marketing teams
• Own and improve core business processes by working with multiple stakeholders across different functions

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data analytics or automation
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
• Knowledge of data pipelining and data extraction techniques
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with data mining tools such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar
• Familiarity with Python, R, scripting, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or automation
• Experience managing small to medium-sized brands or sellers
