Responsibilities

• Build scalable operational infrastructure to govern planning, prioritization, and resource allocation
• Construct and manage cross-functional rhythms to align engineering, product, commercial, and leadership teams
• Identify operational drag and automate workflows to remove friction
• Perform targeted research on new GTM opportunities, verticals, and growth areas
• Manage logistics for new sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting
• Demonstrated ability to build processes and systems from scratch
• Strong analytical foundation including financial modeling and data analysis
• Excellent written communication skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to work in a high-rigor, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth startup or technology environment
