Business Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks to support the Northern Region teams, including geographical focus guidance and maintaining reports
• Improve sales tooling and ensure data accuracy and cleanliness
• Update and maintain tools and dashboards
• Prepare slides and support operating cadences
• Ensure analytical and operational rigor in reporting and processes
• Support knowledge and best practice sharing among local and global stakeholders
• Drive adoption of team knowledge base to ensure process documentation

Requirements

• Experience in high-performance cultures (consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech/marketplace)
• Strong data retrieval, data visualization, and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with global stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Experience with Salesforce, Looker, or SQL is a strong plus
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and initiative-driven mindset
