Business Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks, including financial and HR administration support.
• Manage documentation, contracts, internal records, and streamline business workflows.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, maintaining the website, and creating content for newsletters and social media.
• Support the sales team by preparing proposals, managing CRM data, and monitoring sales KPIs.
• Act as a first point of contact for internal system users and coordinate with external ICT partners for troubleshooting.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and the coordination of internal and external events.

Requirements

• Academic degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or a multifunctional support role.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Dutch proficiency is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with healthcare environments, including medical devices or eHealth solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems, WordPress, or marketing automation tools.
• Understanding of privacy and data security practices such as GDPR or ISO standards.
