Business Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales operations including opportunity management, quoting, order processing, and contract administration
• Support sales teams by ensuring accurate management of opportunities and orders within Salesforce
• Maintain data accuracy across Salesforce accounts, quotes, contracts, and customer records
• Create and enhance Salesforce reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards
• Analyze sales pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, and business trends
• Coordinate with Field Operations to track installation schedules and deployment readiness
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to monitor customer onboarding and implementation milestones
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounts to resolve invoicing, billing, and payment issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5–7 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Order Management
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
• Deep understanding of sales lifecycle, quoting, and renewals
• Thorough understanding of ARR, ACV, TCV, and sales performance metrics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
