About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current workflows and business processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Support cross-functional projects by tracking goals, maintaining timelines, and coordinating departments
  • Monitor operational performance by collecting and analyzing KPI data
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources including personnel, budget, and technology
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
  • Prepare regular operational reports and present findings to leadership
  • Collaborate with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
  • Evaluate and utilize tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency using Google Workspace, Claude, and other AI tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Google Suite
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com
  • Exposure to data visualization tools like Sigma
