Responsibilities

• Build and run Sierra's operating system to drive visibility, accountability, and decision-making
• Own goal-setting infrastructure and leadership cadences to ensure organizational alignment
• Design dashboards and scorecards to provide real-time visibility into business performance
• Embed AI into company planning and operational processes
• Lead cross-functional work to expand Sierra's presence into new markets and geographies
• Act as a thought partner to business leaders to tackle complex challenges and drive execution
• Help define and scale the business operations function

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in business operations or strategy
• Experience at a high-growth technology company combined with 1-2 years in management consulting, investment banking, or VC/PE
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from scoping to execution
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with data to inform strategy
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive recommendations under uncertainty

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous operating experience at a rapidly scaling technology or AI company
• Experience designing and standing up AI-native workflows
• Experience implementing company-wide operational processes and systems
