Responsibilities

Support GTM Teams by handling ad hoc operational requests, reporting updates, and data corrections
Maintain data quality through routine hygiene tasks and system health monitoring
Enable cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
Document and improve processes by updating SOPs and maintaining knowledge base articles
Support operational rhythms including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting
Lead end-to-end operational analytics by integrating data from Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal systems
Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting in Tableau
Develop advanced Excel models for financial forecasting and scenario analysis
Optimize Salesforce data structure and reporting to support forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene
Automate recurring reporting to reduce manual effort and improve data integrity
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic initiatives

Requirements

5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related GTM support
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (navigation, reporting, troubleshooting, data management)
Hands-on experience with Tableau
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
US Citizen

Experience with GTM tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, Gong, Marketo/Pardot, or Gainsight
Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
Familiarity with SaaS GTM processes including lead routing and renewals
