Business Operations Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support GTM Teams with ad hoc operational requests, reporting updates, and data corrections
• Maintain data quality through routine hygiene tasks and system health monitoring
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to improve processes
• Document SOPs and maintain knowledge base articles
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, forecasting, and pipeline reviews
• Lead end-to-end operational analytics to drive decision-making
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting in Tableau
• Develop advanced Excel models for strategic planning
• Optimize Salesforce data structure and reporting for forecast accuracy
• Automate recurring reporting to improve data integrity
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related GTM support
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (navigation, reporting, troubleshooting, data management)
• Hands-on experience with Tableau
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GTM tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, Gong, Marketo/Pardot, or Gainsight
• Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
• Familiarity with SaaS GTM processes including lead routing and renewals
