About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage consumer disputes and email operations related to credit reports and scores
- Address and resolve consumer queries, requests, and complaints within prescribed SLAs
- Draft independent email responses and use templates selectively to ensure accuracy
- Identify and escalate sensitive issues or probable escalations for rapid resolution
- Analyze complaints and prepare credit reports using multiple internal applications
- Interact with member bank representatives and consumers via phone and email to fast-track dispute resolution
- Maintain high quality and accuracy scores in accordance with business requirements
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate degree in any stream
- 1-3 years of experience in banking operations or the BFSI industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to read and comprehend consumer complaints in Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience handling escalation or complaint desks for banking or insurance products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle varying workloads
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or extended shifts as required by the business
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with Credit Bureaus
