About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage consumer disputes and email operations processes
- Address and resolve consumer queries, requests, and complaints regarding credit reports, scores, or personal disputes
- Ensure all email communications are responded to accurately and completely within prescribed SLAs
- Draft independent responses to consumers and member bank representatives
- Identify and escalate sensitive issues or probable escalations for rapid resolution
- Utilize multiple applications to analyze complaints and prepare credit reports
- Maintain high quality and accuracy scores in accordance with business requirements
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, or shift extensions as required by the business
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate degree in any stream
- 1-3 years of experience in banking operations or the BFSI industry
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle varying workloads
- Strong customer-centric attitude with analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Credit Bureaus
- Ability to read and comprehend consumer complaints in Hindi
