Business Operations & Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end handling of B2B customer orders from order to delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-up
• Act as the operational link between sales, customers, and internal departments
• Ensure correct and timely order processing and documentation
• Support project coordination for B2B initiatives and deliveries
• Monitor order status and proactively handle challenges
• Collaborate with finance regarding invoicing and payment follow-up
• Contribute to the optimization of internal processes and workflows
• Support reporting and operational analysis as needed

Requirements

• Experience in operations, coordination, or project management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Structured and detail-oriented approach
• Business understanding, preferably from a B2B background
• Comfortable with IT systems
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with order processing or customer operations
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Navision or similar)
• Good communication skills in both Danish and English
