Business Operations Partner, Transportation Program

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships across the Real Estate & Workplace (REW) organization, including Events, Security, Facilities, and Workplace Operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure transportation needs are integrated into broader workplace planning and office moves.
• Represent the Transportation team in planning discussions and cross-functional initiatives.
• Gather and summarize employee feedback, routing requests to the appropriate owners or processes.
• Track open items and ensure timely follow-up across stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
• Support team planning through documentation, trackers, timelines, and action items.
• Draft internal communications, FAQs, and guidance materials regarding transportation programs and tools.
• Improve internal processes to help the team remain organized and responsive as the company scales.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, workplace operations, program coordination, or employee experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex topics clearly.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in workplace, hospitality, real estate, or internal service environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and workflow systems.
• Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter to support global transportation needs.
