About the Company

Paradigm is a new type of spreadsheet for automating manual research with agents. Backed by General Catalyst and Y Combinator, the team is composed of serial builders from institutions like Google, MIT, and Microsoft. The mission is to build an agent-centric workspace that massively increases the productivity of knowledge workers.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority cross-functional projects end-to-end, from scoping and execution through rollout and iteration
• Work directly with leadership to identify bottlenecks, operational gaps, and opportunities across the business
• Build systems, processes, and internal tooling that help Paradigm scale efficiently
• Support strategic initiatives across product, operations, enterprise deployments, growth, partnerships, recruiting, and finance
• Pull, analyze, and operationalize data to drive decision-making and improve execution
• Operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments where priorities shift quickly

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, business operations, strategy, product operations, or a high-growth technology company
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and execute effectively with minimal oversight
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
• High comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration
• Track record of exceptional performance and high ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an early employee at a startup
• Background as a Chief of Staff, BizOps lead, founder associate, or strategic operator
• Technical background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or physics
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis
