About the Company

Nomos strives to make energy free for European households by developing new energy products with Europe’s leading technology companies. We embed energy as a cost-saving feature for electric vehicles, heat pumps, battery storage systems, and more.

Responsibilities

• Craft and expand the operational backbone of the company to allow the product team to focus on building.
• Own core foundations including finance, legal, recruiting, and operations.
• Set up core functions, hire specialists for those roles, and transition to new challenges.
• Prioritize and execute tasks effectively within a lean, full-stack power company environment.
• Move fast and thoroughly on critical matters while maintaining high standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance environment (high-growth startup, professional sports, investment banking, or high-end hospitality).
• German fluency (C1+).
• Ability to learn new domains extremely quickly from first principles.
• High level of grit, ambition, and ownership.
• Ability to work in-person in Berlin Mitte.
