Responsibilities

• Identify high-leverage workflows across non-engineering teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Ops, Talent) and ship AI-native solutions
• Set the bar for AI-native operating across the company, defining tools and workflow expectations
• Devise ways to use AI to create leverage within top priority objectives and turn learnings into reusable patterns
• Decide between building in-house solutions versus buying existing tools

Requirements

• AI-native builder with experience shipping agents, automations, or skills that change how work gets done
• Ability to drive independent data analysis and turn insights into commercial tactics
• World-class communication skills to align technical and commercial talent
• High throughput and ability to execute at a rapid rate
• Strong hustle and commitment to impactful work
