Responsibilities

• Unblock Revenue: Partner with delivery teams to identify, prioritize, and manage blockers to revenue potential.
• Operationalize Plans: Work with Finance to translate forecasts and growth levers into operational reality.
• Drive Product Velocity: Translate delivery blockers into well-scoped product requirements and program manage product teams.
• Run the Operating Cadence: Support monthly business reviews, weekly execution check-ins, and leadership dashboards.
• Shape Company Strategy: Work on initiatives to improve market positioning across offerings and product functionality.
• Special Projects: Execute high-priority projects across GTM, Finance, and Operations.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in top-tier consulting, business operations, strategic finance, banking, private equity, or as a founder
• Degree from a top school
• Proficiency with data analytics and BI tools
• Experience constructing metrics, KPIs, and operating rhythms
• Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving outcomes without formal authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a high-growth startup
• Experience building operating cadences from scratch
• Familiarity with program management tooling like Linear and Gantt-based roadmapping
