About the Company

Medra's mission is to eradicate disease by building a Physical AI Scientist platform. We are developing AI that can operate scientific instruments with human-level dexterity and analyze results to close the loop autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day business operations to support company scaling
• Identify cross-functional pain points and fix underlying systems across finance, hiring, and customer success
• Support Go-to-Market and Sales efforts including pitch decks, pipelines, and outbound messaging
• Build automations to eliminate manual work using an AI-native approach
• Execute high-value, loosely scoped special projects

Requirements

• 1-3 years in consulting, finance, product, or business development
• Proven track record of shipping real work and creating structure from nothing
• Ability to operate at high speed and iterate quickly
• Direct communication style with the ability to give and receive feedback
• High ownership mindset with no task being too small

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operations at a high-growth startup
• Background in math, statistics, engineering, or science
• Experience building internal knowledge bases or automations
