Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority cross-functional projects with strategic implications for the region
• Monitor marketplace health at the national and city level to surface areas for improvement
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations for leadership
• Ensure analytical and operational rigor in reporting and processes
• Support knowledge sharing and implementation among local and global stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in high-performance cultures (consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech strategy/ops)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in data retrieval, visualization, and presentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Proficiency with AI tooling for research and analysis
• Experience with Salesforce, Looker, or SQL is a strong plus
