Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse and distributed team of business operations specialists and analysts across multiple locations
• Lead the application and execution of Program Management Best Practices
• Ensure a consistent operating rhythm to address recurring and emergent priorities with stakeholders
• Develop, integrate, and coordinate commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill business goals
• Identify, document, and mitigate risks and issues while capturing strategic opportunities
• Communicate cost, quality, schedule, and safety imperatives to leadership
• Provide ongoing training and guidance to direct reports to foster accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements

• U.S. Person status required (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role or managing teams
• 3+ years of experience with business integration
• 5+ years of experience in a cross-functional environment working with all levels of leadership
• 5+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project management
• 5+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
• 5+ years of experience collecting and interpreting data for Senior Leadership
• 5+ years of experience developing and managing relationships with internal/external partners and customers
• Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience specifically in management or leading teams
• Direct experience in Business Operations or Flight Operations
• Excellent business acumen and complex problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
