Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of employee engagement programs across R&D China and the APAC Region.
• Drive engagement materials and messaging approaches to strengthen leadership engagement and organizational cohesion.
• Manage and continuously improve internal engagement and communication channels to ensure impactful information flow.
• Support the delivery of major internal and external engagement and reputation-building initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional and cross-regional coordination to improve alignment and share best practices.
• Manage execution support resources, including vendors and contractors, while implementing continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, internal communications, strategic communications, or event management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills within a matrixed environment.
• Proven project leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital content solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience leading or overseeing external agencies and vendors.
