Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Ownership of business processes, including creation, documentation, optimization, and scaling.
• Cross-functional interaction to improve collaboration between business units and adjacent teams (Finance, Legal, Product).
• Coordination of operational projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency, from planning to result evaluation.
• Building operational infrastructure to support company scaling and increased complexity.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in international companies, Big4, or large Ukrainian companies.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Manager, or Account Manager.
• Proven experience in building, documenting, and improving business processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic automation).
• Strong collaboration and coordination skills.
• Result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience with SQL.
• Previous experience working with legal and financial documents.
