Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of patient intake teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction
• Develop, implement, and improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows
• Coordinate IT management, vendor relationships, equipment maintenance, and supply procurement
• Manage daily and monthly financial reconciliation and accounts payable functions
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and operational coverage across all functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and financial reporting
• Experience supervising and developing staff
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare practice management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), MBA, or related field
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy, rehabilitation, or medical practice management
