Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive key workstreams within the company's highest-priority cross-functional initiatives, from kickoff through delivery and hand-off
• Build and maintain project plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines
• Coordinate across multiple teams to keep work moving, surfacing risks and blockers early
• Gather and analyze data to help frame problems, evaluate options, and measure outcomes
• Prepare clear status updates, meeting materials, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned
• Help build templates, trackers, and playbooks to make Business Operations a repeatable engine
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Compliance, Advisory, and member-facing teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or a similar analytical role
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to structure problems
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations
• High degree of ownership and follow-through
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Exposure to wealth management, FinTech, or a regulated financial services context
