Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with company leadership to drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution
• Own core business planning processes, including annual planning, quarterly OKRs, and headcount planning
• Build and maintain operating cadences to improve alignment and accountability across teams
• Analyze business performance and develop insights to inform key company decisions
• Create dashboards, reporting frameworks, and metrics to track business health
• Lead cross-functional projects spanning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable processes to enable growth
• Prepare executive materials, board content, and strategic recommendations for leadership

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Finance, or a similar analytical role
• Proven experience operating in a high-growth technology company
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Ability to manage complex, unstructured problems and thrive in ambiguity
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong bias toward action and a high degree of ownership
