About the Company
Moab is building a modern, all-in-one software platform for equipment dealers & rental businesses. We are a small team of energetic, dedicated, and passionate individuals focused on replacing antiquated incumbent software solutions in the construction, agriculture, and logistics industries.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable processes for GTM motions including Operations, Sales, and Finance
- Lead cross-functional efforts by building project roadmaps and owning end-to-end implementation
- Solve top business priorities working directly with the founding team
- Onboard new customers, support existing customers, and assist with sales pitches
- Identify pain points and iterate on processes to solve systemic issues
- Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to influence operational decisions
- Partner with product and design teams to shape business system requirements
- Deepen client engagements through strategic interactions and advocacy
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, management consulting, or private equity
- OR 2+ years of experience in business operations, growth operations, or strategic finance at a B2B startup
- High execution bar with ability to see projects from conception to completion
- Ability to solve complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems
- High ownership and low ego mindset
- Tactical approach combined with strategic thinking
- Fast learner with strong observational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL experience
- Experience working with or at a B2B software company
