Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the administrative and operational facets of government services projects to ensure 24/7 mission-critical infrastructure availability.
• Institute organizational structures, define departmental responsibilities, and foster positive working relationships across internal functional areas.
• Coordinate and streamline operational processes, procedures, and reporting across multiple sites.
• Support the Program Manager in reviewing business systems, resources, and methods to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Sustain and enhance client relationships through consistent communication and proactive response to evolving requirements.
• Manage work orders, resource allocation, and interfacing with customer representatives.
• Adhere strictly to contractual terms to maximize financial outcomes and prevent revenue loss.
• Systematically manage risks by conducting regular evaluations and identifying substantial business risks.
• Oversee renovations, capital improvement work, and large-scale facility or logistics projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting from an accredited university.
• Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph or Host Nation PV clearance.
• 10+ years of professional experience in roles of increasing responsibility, with at least 5 years in a management capacity.
• Demonstrated experience working on programs utilizing foreign currency.
• Proven expertise in project management concepts, including schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables.
• Knowledge of process improvement models such as LEAN/Six Sigma or ISO 9000.
• Experience planning and implementing large-scale facility and logistics projects.
• Ability to work in a 24/7/365 operational environment.
