About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10–30 associates to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Recruit, hire, and develop associates through performance management and career growth plans.
- Foster an engaging work environment via one-on-ones and associate engagement meetings.
- Analyze data and manage P&L to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and workplace safety (EH&S) requirements.
- Champion company initiatives to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact across various departments.
- Proven ability to make independent, sound business decisions.
- Skilled in data interpretation and maintaining record accuracy.
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a retail leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
