Responsibilities

  • Own the operational machinery and solve operational problems from 0 to 1
  • Manage recurring tasks including customer contracts, recruiting initiatives, immigration logistics, and vendor negotiation
  • Execute strategic projects to push the company forward
  • Minimize administrative overhead for the broader technical team

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in operations, business operations, or a generalist role at an early-stage startup
  • Technical background (CS degree, engineering experience, or demonstrated fluency in technical environments)
  • Experience navigating rapid scaling environments
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to develop a working understanding of machine learning or interpretability quickly
