Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• GTM Operations: Own systems and workflows for the go-to-market motion, maintain CRM structure, and ensure seamless marketing-to-sales handoffs.
• Process Design & Tooling: Identify business friction and design better processes; evaluate and manage internal tools.
• Automation & Optimization: Build automations to eliminate repetitive manual work across sales, hiring, and internal operations.
• Global Operations: Support hiring coordination, onboarding, and people processes to build scalable operational infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, or a similar role, ideally at a startup.
• Highly organized with a focus on system cleanliness and process consistency.
• Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or Slack.
• Builder's mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills across various functions and seniority levels.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience administering a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Make.
• Exposure to recruiting coordination or people operations.
• Experience at a Series A or early-stage startup.
• Background in SaaS, travel, or enterprise software.
• Experience working alongside AI systems.
