Responsibilities

• Drive 0-to-1 motion for new vertical expansion, including defining ICP and entry strategies
• Structure and run design partner pilots from kickoff to first contracted ARR
• Lead discovery and implementation calls with executive stakeholders and PE-backed operators
• Translate field insights into structured product briefs for Engineering teams
• Build repeatable GTM playbooks for new verticals
• Own cross-functional initiatives such as GTM process design and operational reporting
• Build financial models and business cases to support leadership decisions
• Act as connective tissue between product, GTM, and customer-facing teams

Requirements

• 3-6 years in consulting, investing, or high-growth startups
• Experience in an operating role
• Demonstrated ability to own complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
• Strong analytical foundation with experience in financial modeling and market sizing
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with high agency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites approximately once a month

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vertical SaaS or AI-enabled products
• Background working with PE-backed platforms or multi-location operators
• Direct customer-facing or field experience in B2B
