Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy and value stream design using lean methodology and data-driven financial management.
• Act as the bridge between shop-floor operations and corporate support functions to ensure rate-readiness.
• Utilize Active Risk Management (ARM) and Tactical Implementation Plans (TIP) to identify and mitigate financial and operational bottlenecks.
• Monitor and drive Business Management System performance across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP).
• Exercise delegated budget authority over CAPEX, Non-Recurring Costs (NRC), NPO, and Indirect Payroll.
• Align recruitment and training strategies with long-term profitability and resource goals.

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in risk mitigation and formulating tactical implementation plans.
• Extensive experience in financial planning and managing complex budgets (CAPEX, NPO, etc.).
• Expertise in Continuous Improvement and change management methodologies.
• Ability to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities to enhance operational performance.
• Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance (or subject to BPSS and Export Control checks).
