Business Operations Management Internship

Responsibilities

• Drive daily operations by optimizing schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless patient flow.
• Contribute to strategic growth by meeting weekly with providers to evaluate processes and recommend improvements.
• Oversee key business functions including revenue tracking, patient data management, and expense scrutiny under mentorship.
• Support digital and marketing efforts using tools such as CRM, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Solve operational challenges and implement proactive ideas to maintain clinic efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time or equivalent part-time work experience.
• Experience with CRM tools, social media management, or recruitment software like JazzHR.
