Responsibilities

• Drive partner growth through deep-dive analyses and strategic sprints to move enrollment and revenue
• Design and execute structured research programs including conjoint analyses, MaxDiff studies, and survey experiments
• Codify successful strategies into repeatable, scalable playbooks for new partner launches
• Build data and measurement infrastructure, including metrics, dashboards, and reporting for partner health and KPIs
• Partner directly with founders to shape pricing strategy and expansion plans

Requirements

• 4+ years in operations, strategy & ops, consulting, or chief of staff roles
• Experience in high-growth startup environments or building systems from scratch
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build models from messy data and interpret experiments
• Ability to produce client-ready materials for executive-level stakeholders
• Proven track record of turning analysis into operational systems and processes
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales teams
• Must be based in Austin, TX and able to work on-site
