Probook is the AI Operating System for the home services industry, transforming how plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses operate. We unify customer processes into a single, scalable platform to automate high-touch workflows and ensure consistent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support founders in building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and operating plans
• Build KPI dashboards and weekly metrics reporting for leadership
• Run market, competitive, and customer analyses to support strategic decisions
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across finance, operations, product, and GTM
• Evaluate new opportunities and partnerships through data modeling and tradeoff summaries
• Track special projects to ensure progress without founder micro-management
• Identify manual workflows and build simpler systems or AI-driven automations to replace them

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, strategic finance, or similar high-output roles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong written communication skills for leadership-level reporting
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
• Proven experience using AI tools to increase productivity
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Based in NYC and able to work in-office five days a week
