Business Operations Lead, Print

Responsibilities

• Identify structural opportunities to improve Print Operations through better processes, systems, and automation
• Lead large cross-functional initiatives partnering across Operations, Product, GTM, Engineering, Data, and Finance
• Execute in-depth analyses to develop hypotheses and make recommendations for the roadmap
• Support strategic planning, capacity planning, and performance management for Print
• Own and monitor key metrics to surface actionable insights
• Build scalable operational processes to prevent blockers

Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in analytical and strategic roles (consulting, product, biz ops, or finance)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-growth company
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills using first principles
• Highly analytical and metrics-driven with ability to execute complex analyses
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; SQL preferred
• Strong communication skills to convey complex topics to diverse audiences
• Scrappy, resourceful, and fast learner
