Business Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business's source of truth by building and maintaining dashboards and reporting for GTM, Finance, and leadership
• Identify and close ownership gaps by designing systems of record, workflows, or automations between departments
• Lay the data governance foundation to enable reliable AI-powered analysis through unified infrastructure
• Build and deploy AI-native workflows across the revenue funnel, including signal-based routing and GenAI-assisted pipeline inspection
• Partner with GTM teams on revenue forecasting, quota design, territory design, and pipeline health
• Support the business planning cycle with data infrastructure and modeling for annual planning and headcount decisions

Requirements

• 7+ years in business operations, revenue operations, or GTM strategy at a high-growth company
• Proven experience building and deploying AI-native workflows in a GTM or business operations context
• Fluency in modern GTM and analytics tooling such as Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Dust, or Metabase
• Proficiency with SQL and ability to perform independent data analysis
• Strong cross-functional thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills and an ownership mindset
