Business Operations Lead

LINE MAN Wongnai is Thailand’s Leading On-Demand Delivery and Lifestyle e-Commerce platform services. We build technology to help Thai people live better, to empower all local businesses by creating an end-to-end food ecosystem through our channel LINE MAN and Wongnai.

Responsibilities

• Translate abstract strategic goals into granular, step-by-step operational plans with clear milestones and timelines
• Act as the PMO for critical strategic initiatives, aligning Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Remove blockers to ensure smooth and efficient execution across functions
• Establish business rhythm by tracking progress against plans and identifying risks early
• Lead deep-dive analyses to solve business problems and propose data-backed solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, or a fast-paced Tech Startup
• Proven ability to deconstruct complex, ambiguous problems into manageable tasks
• Strong analytical skills including financial modeling and business casing
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL is a plus
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional projects
• Ability to create compelling presentations and influence stakeholders from operational teams to C-Level executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, Payments, Retail Tech, or F&B industry
• Experience with OKR setting and management
• MBA or relevant advanced degree
