Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to inform UK strategy and drive key decisions
• Own the London launch strategy, including launch events, OOH campaigns, and paid ads
• Identify and resolve privacy and compliance requirements for UK operations
• Unblock the sales team and resolve root causes in partnership with the US team
• Act as the primary UK point of contact for legal, finance, and other US-based functions
• Evaluate and recommend the next market for European expansion
• Advocate for product features required to win in the UK and EMEA
• Establish functions, workflows, and systems for the London office

Requirements

• 5+ years in a generalist, BizOps, or founder's-office role at a fast-growing company
• Experience launching a new market or office is a strong plus
• Proven track record of solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems
• Ability to move between high-visibility bets and operational fixes
• Experience working cross-functionally with US-based teams across time zones
• Structured approach to market evaluation and planning
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence US-based leadership
