Business Operations Lead

About the Company

depthfirst is building intelligence to detect and remediate critical software vulnerabilities. We are training and scaling security AI agents to discover zero-day vulnerabilities across large customer codebases and popular open source software.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of key business drivers, pulling data, and building models
• Own execution on cross-functional projects spanning GTM, product, and engineering
• Drive operational initiatives including vendor management, compliance, and process documentation
• Act as connective tissue across teams to coordinate and resolve blockers
• Execute diverse tasks ranging from deep spreadsheet analysis to general operational needs

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in bizops, strategy and operations, consulting, or banking
• Experience at a fast-growing SaaS or AI company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis
• Familiarity with GTM funnel metrics and B2B business scaling
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments
• Clear and direct written and verbal communication skills
• Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a high-growth startup or early-stage company
• Exposure to financial modeling or pricing strategy
• Familiarity with security, infrastructure, or developer tooling markets
