Business Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of key business drivers by pulling data and building models to surface performance insights
• Own execution on cross-functional projects spanning GTM, product, and engineering to ensure operational momentum
• Drive structured operational initiatives including vendor management, compliance workstreams, and process documentation
• Act as the connective tissue across teams to coordinate efforts and resolve bottlenecks
• Execute diverse tasks ranging from deep spreadsheet analysis to essential day-to-day operational needs

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in bizops, strategy and operations, consulting, or banking at a fast-growing SaaS or AI company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheets
• Understanding of B2B GTM funnel metrics and how B2B businesses scale
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (this is an in-office role)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a high-growth startup or an early-stage company
• Exposure to financial modeling or pricing strategy
• Familiarity with the security, infrastructure, or developer tooling markets
