BridgeHealthAI partners with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and community organizations to ensure every patient gets the care and benefits they deserve. Born out of Harvard and MIT and backed by Pear VC, Flare Capital, and Glen Tullman, we use modern AI and cloud infrastructure to automate high-friction tasks like outreach, insurance verification, and eligibility checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational workflows across multiple health center clients to ensure data accuracy
• Handle inbound patient responses to outreach campaigns and escalate appropriately
• Support new client onboarding, including coordinating approvals and managing communication templates
• Own QA across outreach campaigns and work with engineering to resolve issues
• Translate client feedback and QA findings into actionable engineering tickets
• Support light product improvements and marketing collateral creation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, health tech, or healthcare operations
• Hands-on experience with product QA or user acceptance testing
• Experience supporting client onboarding or implementation at a software company
• Strong written communication skills for patient-facing content
• Proficiency in managing structured data workflows
• Ability to work in an ambiguous, early-stage startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience at an FQHC, Medicaid managed care plan, or health tech company serving safety-net populations
• Familiarity with patient communication or outreach workflows in healthcare
• Exposure to early-stage startups or fast-moving product teams
