Business Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Own internal operations including procurement, onboarding, and vendor management.
• Build and improve go-to-market systems in partnership with engineering to automate and accelerate sales.
• Establish deal processes by working cross-functionally with privacy, legal, sales, product, and engineering.
• Partner with finance and engineering to build reporting that connects GTM metrics to business forecasting.
• Replace ad-hoc workarounds with durable, lightweight operational infrastructure.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they impact scaling.
• Ensure company and team goals are legible and aligned with organizational focus.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years in Business/GTM operations, Revenue Operations, BizOps, or Strategy & Operations.
• Proven experience building GTM infrastructure and systems from the ground up.
• Analytical fluency with the ability to work deeply with metrics, systems, and data.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement processes from 0 to 1.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
• Ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity environments with a bias for action.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience scaling a high-growth startup.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue GTM motions.
• Track record of working directly with executive leadership teams.
• Technical or AI experience, including comfort building alongside engineering teams.
