Responsibilities

• Identify, validate, and lead new revenue growth initiatives, including evaluating new product opportunities, markets, and distribution models.
• Build comprehensive business cases and financial models to assess strategic opportunities through market and competitor research.
• Serve as a strategic partner to vet and stress-test growth ideas proposed by Product Managers and leadership.
• Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, aligning stakeholders across Product, Operations, Growth, Risk, and Legal.
• Break down complex problems into actionable plans and establish scalable operating frameworks and playbooks.
• Track early metrics of new initiatives to provide data-driven recommendations on resource allocation and investment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting (MBB), startup business operations, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Proven experience with data-driven strategy and building complex financial models.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage complex projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of total professional experience.
• MBA or prior entrepreneurial experience.
