Business Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations and reporting activities under close supervision
• Assist in market analysis by collecting, cleaning, and synthesizing data to identify trends and competitive dynamics
• Support pipeline management by tracking progress, maintaining data accuracy, and monitoring expiring opportunities
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support business reviews and decision-making processes
• Communicate findings and routine updates to the sales team via Excel, PowerPoint, and email
• Execute structured tasks such as data extraction and Qsales system updates following established guidelines
• Apply basic analytical skills to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and reporting issues

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, clean, and analyze data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and formulas)
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and tracking metrics
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in business analysis, operations, or consulting
• Familiarity with sales pipeline or CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
• Basic understanding of business concepts including revenue, pipeline funnel, and forecasting logic
• Strong interest in the technology industry and China market dynamics
