Business Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and scalability constraints
• Build structured hypotheses to quantify business impact and define necessary fixes
• Design ideal future-state processes and operating models, including workflows and system data flows
• Implement improved processes through collaboration with Operations, Product, Commercial, and Regulatory functions
• Introduce tooling and automation to ensure measurable, sustainable impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, STEM, or a related field
• Strong analytical rigor
• Experience in fast-moving environments like strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or scaling startups
• Professional fluency in English (C1)
• Results-driven mindset with a hands-on approach
• Strong organizational and structured thinking skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
