Business Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the General Manager's Office, Chief Engineer, Human Resources, and Finance teams
• Act as an organizational authority in areas of administrative responsibility
• Develop and implement functions to satisfy company requirements, including scheduling material, man-hours, or information services
• Establish and maintain close liaison with internal organizations, customers, and external agencies
• Greet customers, candidates, and vendors while following strict security processes
• Manage and maintain confidential, proprietary, and sensitive information

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience and 3 years of general work history
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with all levels of the organization

• Prior experience providing administrative support within a professional environment
