Business Operations Growth Analyst

Responsibilities

• Generate regular reports and provide insights/recommendations on customer performance, metrics, and engagement behavior
• Analyze the success and effectiveness of product and process changes
• Identify growth opportunities based on demand and competitor activity
• Facilitate performance improvement of the growth team by identifying operational and product weaknesses
• Implement reporting requirements and facilitate report automation with the BI team
• Meet with stakeholders and Product Managers to discuss and implement reporting solutions

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, science, or engineering
• 2+ years of experience in operations, finance, consulting, analysis, or BI environments
• Intermediate SQL skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience with a visualization platform (e.g., Qlikview, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI)
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to verbalize and visualize findings
