About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with team leads to generate insights on cohorts, trends, and retention opportunities
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning
  • Lead deep-dive analyses on strategic and operational questions
  • Own analysis of supply and demand dynamics across the marketplace
  • Build and maintain operating cadence, including weekly metrics reviews and OKR tracking
  • Partner with Product and Payer Operations to operationalize new features
  • Build, test, and scale new zero-to-one initiatives and processes

Requirements

  • 4+ years in business operations, strategy, chief of staff, or similar roles
  • Experience in high-growth startups, tech companies, or consulting
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data, dashboards, and reporting
  • SQL proficiency preferred
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional execution without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior audiences
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-change environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in healthcare, marketplace, or operations-heavy environments
  • MBA degree
