Responsibilities

  • Manage company finances, including understanding runway, tracking spend, and making the company more cost-efficient
  • Handle legal and administrative operations: vendor contracts, office agreements, procurement paperwork, and new hire documentation
  • Jump in on special projects that span marketing and sales that are essential to how we scale

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, finance, or chief of staff
  • Structured thinker capable of breaking down ambiguous challenges
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort working with financial data
  • Clear communication skills across diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to build processes from scratch
